Due to the perishable nature of our mountain water and iced tea, we cannot accept physical returns of liquid products, but we will make it right if your order arrived damaged or defective. For apparel and gear, we offer a 30-day window for returns as long as the items are unwashed, unworn, and haven't been used in a ritual sacrifice.

Check your delivery for any signs of transit-related carnage or defects immediately upon arrival.

Email our support team with your order number and a photo of the damaged goods to initiate a claim.

Pack the Gear

For apparel returns, place the unused items back in their original packaging with all tags still attached.
